DalMoros St. Petersburg (FL) Fresh Pasta: Artisan Pasta and Authentic Flavors Await

I had the Mama Rosa sauce and chicken. It was so delicious! It was so creamy and tasty. The sun-dried tomatoes added a nice texture and taste. We will definitely be back!

The pasta was super amazing. The tiramisu dessert is a must. The pasta was half eaten sorry forgot to take a picture first.

What a great idea to have handcrafted pastas and homemade sauces to go. Fix and eat here or take home. JULIE explained how the process is exactly the same in each of the at least 6 stores. The special for the holidays is Toni Rigatoni. Kids love watching the pasta machine spit out truly fresh pasta. For dessert, JULIE wanted me to try the tiramisu, which I assured here I do not like. After trying this tiramisu, I will be back for tiramisu, various pastas, and sauces.

Stopped in after taking a stroll on central and we happened upon some of the best pasta we’ve had outside of Italy! We had the Amatriciana along with a delicious tiramisu for dessert. Wonderful service and even more wonderful food!! 10/10 highly recommend popping in for a bite!

The food, staff, and environment are 11/10! We ordered the Amatriciana and it was spectacular. The food was fresh and the service was amazing. We wanted to sit outside, but the front seating was too warm. The staff politely grabbed our food and everything to help us sit in the back dining area that’s covered. The pasta was the best I’ve had since visiting Italy last summer. We will 100% be coming here every visit to STP!

I thought this was just a make at home place! You can get it made and eat it here! Soooo good!!!! Samina was so kind having me taste the different sauces and I even left making my own concoction. Also, the tiramisu is outrageous. Oh gracious.

Dalmoro’s is one of my favorites. The pasta is consistently delicious, with rich flavors and perfectly cooked noodles. You can taste the quality in every bite. What really stands out, though, is the friendly staff. They always greet you with a smile and are more than happy to help with recommendations or any questions you might have. The app is another highlight—it makes ordering and picking up a breeze. The interface is user-friendly, allowing you to customize your order with ease and avoid any long wait times. Overall, Dalmoro’s offers a fantastic dining experience that combines great food, excellent service, and convenience.

Dalmoro’s in St. Pete is a small, no-frills spot in a prime location, and it completely blew us away. The staff is warm and friendly, and the food is the star—simple, fresh, and absolutely delicious. We had the fresh pasta with Bolognese, and it was perfect from texture to taste. You can really tell it’s made fresh—the kind of pasta that’s best enjoyed right away. Even reheated, it doesn’t compare (it’s too fresh for leftovers, in the best way). We also tried the sandwich with mortadella, pistachio cream, and mozzarella—rich, creamy, and incredibly flavorful. Heavier, for sure, but totally worth it. Two items were more than enough for two adults and a toddler, and we even had leftovers. With fast service and great prices, this place is an absolute gem. Don’t miss it if you’re in the area.
